Dr. Taştan was born in 1978 in Tatvan / BITLIS. He received his primary and secondary education in Tatvan. In 1999-2004 he studied at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry. While he was a 1st year student at the Faculty of Dentistry, he made a tooth sculpture of 4 m. It is still located at the entrance of the faculty. Noticing his extraordinary hand, his teacher Prof.Dr.Senih ÇALIKOCAOĞLU called him 'TEN GOLD FINGERS'. While still a first year student; For the official opening of the faculty, he made a Handmade German Silver Tooth Model for 7 people, including the President of the time, Süleyman Demirel. While he was a second year student, he established his own company in Capa with the brand "STUDENTAL" and sold the products he designed and produced too many Dentistry Faculties. In 2004, he started the first practice in Tatvan, 8 months later, he established the Dental Polyclinic of Universal Medical Center with 2 dental units. In 2010, he established the Private Medident Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic with 3 dental units.
